Sharadiya Navratri 2022 has started from 26 September, which ends on 05 October 2022 with Dashami Tithi i.e. Dussehra.

Pratipada date and Ghatasthapana Muhurta-

Pratipada of Shukla Paksha is starting from 03.24 am on 26th September and will continue till 03.08 am on 27th September. The auspicious time of Sharadiya Navratri 2022 Ghatasthapana will start from 06.20 am on 26th September to 10.19 am.

Red Chunari, Red clothes, Molly, Make-up items, Lamp, Ghee / Oil, Incense, Coconut, Clean rice, Kumkum, Flowers, Idol or photo of Goddess, Betel, Betel nut, Clove, Cardamom, Batase or Misri, Camphor, Fruit Sweets and Kalava etc.

Kalash installation method-

On this day, wake up early in the morning and take a bath, then purify it by pouring Ganges water at the place of worship.

Light a lamp in the temple of the house.

Abhishek of Maa Durga with Ganga water.

Offer akshat, vermilion and red flowers to the mother, offer fruits and sweets as prasad.

Recite Durga Chalisa by lighting incense and lamps and then do the aarti of the mother.

Offer food to the mother too. Keep in mind that only sattvik things are offered to the Lord.
